Service & Info

Everything the villa takes care of, so you don't have to

Villa Neranyum is built for a group that wants everything in one place — and staff quietly making sure it stays that way. Every morning, breakfast is prepared and served on-site, so the first hour of the day is for the view, not the kitchen. A dedicated concierge is with you from booking to departure, on hand for anything from restaurant reservations to arranging a boat day on the water.

The villa itself is fully equipped for a stay of any length: a full dine-in kitchen for the meals you’ll want to cook yourselves, a second kitchenette in the lounge for coffee and quick breakfasts, air conditioning and WiFi throughout, an in-room safe in every bedroom, and two private parking spaces behind a gated entrance. Outside, a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue turn dinner into the main event.

The beach is a few minutes away on foot — close enough for a swim before lunch, far enough that the villa stays completely private.

Suites & Bedrooms

Six rooms, one view that never repeats itself

Sleep is not an afterthought here. Villa Neranyum’s six bedrooms are spread across two floors, each with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom — no sharing, no compromises, even with the whole group under one roof. Five of the six open directly onto a sea-view balcony, which means most mornings start the same way: coffee in hand, looking at the same water Ulysses once sailed.

Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi and TV, so it’s easy to disconnect exactly as much as you’d like. With twelve guests comfortably accommodated across the six suites, the villa works equally well for a multi-generational family holiday or a group of friends who each want their own space to close the door on at the end of the night.

Pool, hot tube & Sea Terrace

Two pools, one endless horizon.

There’s a reason guests rarely make it past the terrace before noon. On the lower level, a private pool looks straight out to sea, its waterfall jet and hydromassage function turning a swim into something closer to a spa treatment. Sun loungers line the edge for the hours in between.

One floor up, the villa’s 170 m² rooftop terrace is where the real view lives. A bubbling jacuzzi with chromotherapy and aromatherapy settings sits beside a private gym — for the rare guest who wants a workout with a view of the Sorrentine coast — while oversized sofas and a solarium area take care of everyone else. As the sun drops toward Amalfi Coast, this is where the villa’s evenings happen: aperitivo in hand, the Sirens’ islands turning gold on the horizon.
